EQUIPMENT RENTALS
Detailed below are the three rental options Valpo Velvet offers for smaller events. The options detailed below are self-serve. If you're interested in reviewing options where our employees are available please see the "Book an Event" options.
Our rental season begins in April and runs through late December however you may contact us year-round to discuss your event's details and schedule the solution(s) which best suits your needs.
TABLETOP INSULATORS
Each of our eight available tabletop insulators holds three gallons of Valpo Velvet at adequate serving temperatures for 2-4 hours. Our tabletop insulators are available for pickup only at the Valpo Velvet Shoppe.
• $10 per day per insulator
• Min. purchase of one 3 gallon VV ice cream tub required per insulator rental
Novelty Freezer CART
Keep our top-notch novelties cool in our novelty freezer cart.
• Available to rent for $60 per day
• $150 minimum novelty purchase for cart rental
• Self-pickup and returns are free
• $100 delivery/pickup fee within 10 miles of VV
DIPPING FREEZERS
Each of our dipping freezers can hold up to six 3 gallon containers of Valpo Velvet Ice Cream )
• Rental fee per freezer is $60 per day
• $150 purchase of VV ice cream required prior to rental
• Free self-pickup and returns
• $100 delivery/pickup fee within a 10-mile radius of VV HQ
